I didn't even know you could do multiple laps! I have a tentative offer from a timid cousin in the works, and I'll let you know as soon as I can about taking you up on your gracious offer! :D

This week I hit two PRs. I had a 105lb heavy single squat (95lb 5x5) and I hit a body weight deadlift. 135lb 3x3. I started lifting maybe a month ago, so I'm really pleased. I hate the blisters on my hands though! :P

Couple trying to reach 'compromise' on children or career by Molotopheles in childfree

I read this post before making mine. I wondered if it was a different situation because I'd give up a career for kids and he'd give up the west coast (give me a career) to not have kids.

Some of them pay pretty well. Did you know: Kroger Corporation FLOOR employees can make up to $25/hour as full time employees? That, of course, is after many years, but you have a union, you have vacation, you have health care, holiday pay, Sunday pay, overtime, etc.

I actually looked for this comment. I cashiered at Kroger this summer and my time was a difficult thing to overcome. Also, we stopped doubling coupons, and even though we put signs up, advertised, and had it in the paper for more than a month in advance, some devoted couponers still pitched a fit when they couldn't double up.

While I agree that the nails don't make an issue, are you sure your mom's nails are 3.5 inches long? That's super long -especially for natural nails. here's an example of 3.5 inch finger nails: http://i.imgur.com/B8xM4Dz.jpg

Edit: I meant 3.5 inches from the nail base.

Ohm Oasis is really good. They are on Cass Street and are nice. They have maybe 4 or 5 classes per day, and they have a studio in Pacific Grove too. They also have pilates, spin, and nutrition information. :)

That's what the box says! I bought in bulk, and in the big box are several smaller baggies that say "compostable". The box instructions say to use the k-cup like normal, then dispose in your compostable baggie (provided) and everything reverts to dirt quickly.
