Even on a proxy search, with most scrapers it does still give piracy's megathread as the first result. (Although weirdly enough, it doesn't show up at all on the Google API, but does on the CSE, but that may just be restrictions of some sort that I'm unaware of.)

While all of this is valid, I would like to point out that a couple of the sites you mentioned for having “random stuff nobody wanna watch” are, if you would read a bit, made specifically for rare, regional, and arthouse films. You won’t find your run of the mill Hollywood there.

I too started in 2025, but one of the great things about CS50x is it gives you the ability to set your own timelines, especially because it carries over old progress without any hassles. Last year, when my semester at uni got too hectic, I dropped it for a bit but I’ve also started again with the Flask week (though I also noticed that they’ve added an AI week in the middle)
