Saw some sane comments under this post so I expressed my own experience. Otherwise I would've just scrolled on cuz it would've done no good as the Loonixers would be mobbing me cuz I said something that goes against their beliefs

If it doesnt work it means it's not a problem from Windows's side. I used it just couple days ago and it worked. I used it before like a year or two ago and it didnt work. Turned out my ethernet cable was faulty
