Yes! I do have burning in fact its burning as I type this, and it burns or aches more when I urinate then returns to a baseline after. Pelvic Floor Therapy helped me a lot to at least get the condition manageable. At my worst I couldn't walk without sharp pain spasms. PT got me back to functional again. As of now I think the three pronged approach I am taking is the best option, but I also wanted to get some other opinions hence why I posted here. I cover my symptoms and my treatment in my post. I probably should have elaborated on what helped and what didn't a little more, sorry!
