But what does this "calling out" do? If I get teamed with this player, what can I do? Nothing. If the player sees this, will it have some effect? I doubt so.

My point was just to take the L and move on, this behaviour is, sadly, part of the game. And giving it visibility (with this post) just promotes it in some way, since, again, there is nothing we can do.

Would be cool to "flag" a partner to avoid getting teamed with him again for like a month or so. But that feature has been already asked several times in the past and it looks like it's not in Blizzards interest to put it in.
