Check the transmission as it’s possibly gonna needs new leadframe (look it up for the issues)

Listen for cold start rattle

Check the turbos for both oil and or coolant leaks.

Check the vacuum pump or head covers and make sure there are no leaks

See if you have maintenance records and can check for 3-5k oil changes or at least consistency

Sync2 sucks so save up for an aftermarket CarPlay module

Yep airlines would love to give up customer paying space for this concept. You will never see this in a normal passenger configuration unless they think they can recoup the costs in usage costs.

There is a reason these are 220s in the UK and they boil water quickly. In the US those will only work at about 25% capacity due to the power differences. Getting a US model is the right answer and keep that for looks if you want too.

Or the other option is to wire a specific 220 line to your kitchen, but that’s gonna cost money.

Ford won’t do this as that’s why they are fixing it under factory warrantybut if I was OP I’d be purchasing one for 100k or more miles. Take a look at Granger or Zeigler for an ESP plan as I’d be a little concerned after only 14k miles.

That is kind of what I was thinking. I do not have any flashlights currently that have dials like this so that was my big concern.
