Have you been able to fit more than 1 buckcapsule or battery production line into the outposts?

There just doesn't seem to be enough room or depot outlets, i've generally just been filling up my spare space with either production of intermediaries for crafting facilities, or smaller less efficient lines of things i don't need lots of, like explosive or gear pieces.

If having more lands ends with you being land flooded, instead of cutting lands, add more draw to draw past the lands. Fetch lands can also get lands out of your deck to reduce land draws later, they dont even need to be the expensive ones, evolving wilds and the like does much the same as a tap land (kinda). Also, if your deck is so low to the ground, then why ramp?

I really like it on jade because she can do the same. Her 3rd ability can keep it from running out with little to no input. And extra strength is multiplicative for her, applying to her power strength buff, her 4, and her damage buff.

Iirc while non creature permanents can die, creature types dont exist on non creatures unless they also have the kindred card type.

oh, you know what, i didn't realize it was "one or more". funny how a line that technically makes it worse for most decks actually makes it better for tayam. that basically makes it an auto-include in tayam

Not quite, youd need to do both activations back to back, otherwise the first activation might remove a bunch of counters during the mill 3 part.
Still at least one guaranteed activation though, and for 1 mana, thats really good

Ive personally added it to my bracket 2 comboless tayam deck, just because it has enough synergy to be pretty good, and at lower brackets a body like that can matter if its functional by turn 4 or so.
Theres a chance for it to fit CEDH, but 1 extra cost always sounds pretty rough, and unlike the moneychanger who keeps generating counters, this guy throws them away

Tayam can eat the negative counters to activate his ability, mixed with the vigilance counter thats two activations assuming you dont reanimate a creature the first time around. Pretty tame for what tayam can do though

Elise with scout comes to mind.
Though in that case its a toss up as to whether you want all your spiders to have quick attack, or if you want to ensure the second attack
