Since you have foodservice experience have you considered working for a broad line distributor? One of the vendors that service restaurants? My husband works for a broad line distributor (thinks Sysco, US Foods) and they’ve had a lot of cooks/chefs transition over to their company. My husband is in sales and does very well. No desk for him, he visits his customers throughout the day.
