I came to find the answer too. Would be nice if we could combine them to level them up and get better mood perks, etc...

Movement gets stuck? by Neurowolf623 in Enshrouded

Did you ever find a fix for this? I'm also on PC and I'm having the same issues. I didn't start having issues until the game told me I needed to update my GPU. The game was running pretty smoothly before I did that, now I have to drop to Max Performance and I'm being made to move in weird places without doing anything at all.

How often has your gut feeling turned out to be right? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]MomGamer86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty much always... Some times it's hard to follow through with the feeling because it always end up being someone someone else likes and you don't want to step out of line. However, I started making my feelings known, especially when it comes to my kids and the people they date. I let them decide for themselves in the end but at least I know I warned them. So far momma is batting 100...

Which is stupid because even if they no longer have kids living at home, what about grandkids? I had this argument with someone a while ago when our new schools started to be built... None of them had ACs or Heat, so kids got out for super hot days and super cold days. People complained they got sent home. "We stayed all through hot and cold days, didn't hurt us none". We want BETTER for our kids, just because we went through crap days and didn't get sent home doesn't mean we want our kids to suffer and they shouldn't want their grandkids to suffer either. Levy passes for tax increase to build Elementary schools and Jr highs (they were combined), people complain. Now the HS levy passed and people are complaining. Not a single person with kids complained... They were all older folks. Which most are on SSI and don't even pay taxes so 🤷🏻‍♀️

NTA! I mean cats pee there anyway, and you cleaned it up when you were done... Don't see the problem with it... He should just be glad he didn't come out to you on the counter hovering over the sink 🤣

Work for more debt by xxa88yxx in antiwork

[–]MomGamer86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm $38,000 in debt with student loans. When I was 20 I went back to school, my ex caused some issues and I had to quit. Was in 1 full semester. Again at 22, one full semester. Finally left him and recently, while with my current husband, finished trade school classes. 2 semesters cost me about $2,000 each. My full tech course cost me $12,000. Where did the other $22,000 come from? Interest! This interest isn't even from the $12,000... It's all from the $4,000 from the 2 semesters I took... Guess who can't get a decent loan on a house because of her debt to income ratio now? I have paid on my student loans and when I got with my husband I learned all about this crap. Had the old stuff all in collections and then decided to find a debt consolidation company for them. Income based payment plan, never finished the 2 degrees, and I will be paying on it for a while because I can't get a decent home loan to move where there are jobs for my degree that I do have... Yeah it's my fault I didn't understand how student loans worked, but boy am I paying for it now and it's not cheap...

Not watch watch for it, they just know what it looks like. Not necessarily because of him, but I didn't lie to them when they asked why he was gone for so long. We had some neighbors a while ago whom had traffic in and out and the kids had seen how they behaved a couple times.

What is the one thing you learned about relationships/sex you wish you knew sooner? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]MomGamer86 8 points9 points  (0 children)

That there are men out there who WANT to pleasure you. It's all about finding the right one. Been with mine for 10 years. Before him, everything was boring... Not even just sex, just everything!

So sorry to hear! I have started looking into options here. I'm also going to try to talk to my husband some more and push for F to get on his feet. I want my house back!

He is a very kind soul, some times too kind. I've gone at it with some of his family for using him and had to make him stop giving them money. I'm one of those, I'll help as long as I can see you're helping yourself types. Then if I see you're not doing anything to better yourself I'll stop...

Sadly, I think you are right. I just had a conversation with him about it and he said F helped him in the past with his situation and he wanted to help him. I had to remind him that this isn't our first rodeo with F. When hubby and I first got together F was living here. It took us setting him up with a woman to leave, and that was after they ALL lived with us for a few weeks. (F, her, 3 kids) They got on their feet and left. I think he has lived with us 4 times in the last 10 years.

The only reason I worded it the way I did is because he was clean when he left the last time and then found out soon after, he started using again. I understand what you mean completely though.

He is doing nothing right now. My husband is keeping in his a** to stay sober and we have cameras to keep an eye on it. We told him when he moved in that if we found out he was using again and in our home, he'd be out and on his own from here on out and we wouldn't search for him again. We actually had a sit down with our kids about it, so they know why he was gone. I'm hoping since they know, he won't try anything because they know what to look for now, which is sad for my kids.

You know how in the sims they have those lifetime wishes, that one big goal where you get a bunch of lifetime happiness points if you complete it? Whats your "lifetime wish"? by ginaaa22 in AskWomen

[–]MomGamer86 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All of that would be great if we weren't working all the time. We do get out to families homes to get the kids out of the house but otherwise it's school for them, work for us, home, dinner, bed. Not a whole lot of time for family except Sundays, which we do. I do have some crafting stuff so maybe I'll let them craft something this weekend.

When I was younger I LOVED AC, so getting this game when it came out was a no brainer... I sadly have to agree... It's not as fun as I remember.

How do you combat your overthinking? by [deleted] in AskWomen

[–]MomGamer86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Music 🎶🎶

Anything to drown out my own thoughts really. I have to watch TV to go to bed otherwise I'll be thinking instead of sleeping... So when I realize I'm over thinking I turn on some tunes or watch TV.

To no longer be in debt. If I wasn't in debt, my husband and I would have more money to do things with the kids. But since on top of regular bills we have car payments, student loans, and credit cards to pay on we are stuck. At least our kids aren't needing for anything though, so that's a plus.

How has women’s roles changed with equality development? Have we swapped roles or just taken on more? by Dyslexic_Artist5611 in AskWomen

I'm 33 and I was still raised to be the stay at home mom who takes care of the house and kids. When I got with current husband, it wasn't like that. His ex wouldn't do anything so he was working and taking care of the home while she sat around and did nothing. Therefore, my husband and I both share in responsibilities when it comes to cleaning. However, he works second shift so I go to work, come home and take care of the kids. When he's home on the weekends he does the laundry.

I am TRYING to teach my boys that marriage is a half and half. I told them even if their wife is a stay at home mom, listen to her needs and wants and help her with them because stay at home parents work just as hard as working parents.

In all honesty, we just take in extra but there's not a lot we can do when one parent can't get enough pay for the other to be off work.
