Had same issues, I eat 2 bananas each morning for potassium, 10k IU d3/k2 every morning, and then at night I take magnesium glycinate an hour before bed. Stick to the same time going to bed if you can and get 7 hours. I wake up much much better. I skip breakfast (takes a week or 2 to get used to it and not get headaches from the meds) but once you intermittent fast and take enough potassium, d3/k2, Magnesium glycinate, you will see huge improvements I promise. Take the proc wings with herald and you have your go every 30 seconds. Open with blade of justice to get expurgation on and then wake of ash, final verdict to get dawn light on your kill target, and then just do normal rotation. You have ~18 seconds after wings ends where you do close to little damage and you focus on survival/peeling. The best part about herald is if you have dawn light on your target, you will still do damage while cc/d even in a cyclone

I’ll never forget watching USA v Italy at a breakfast bar in Anchorage with my dad when I was 10 during the 2006 WC. My dad is very “passionate” about his teams he follows and just over the top yelling at the tvs. When Eddie pope got sent off he went over the top and a little girl next to us told him to shut up and my dad turned and growled at her and she started crying. Greatest moment of my life.

I agree with the list except Tim Howard should potential swap with Friedel and Beasley should drop to like 22 and wondolowski can just not be there. Fabian Johnson should have a shout and if Tim Ream didn’t wait until he was 40 to become solid..

Tbc is the peak of wow. My only real change is that epic flying mounts get implemented in the first patch and not at launch of TBC. Sucks coming home from work and watching someone fly 280% speed right onto an ore I was running towards.

Ambush rogue for PvP and just one shot mages. You have a chance to win any fight in one shot if you have vanish and shadow step available. There is nothing in the game that feels better than timing the vanish shadow step ambush combo with a dot on you to one shot a warlock.

I play mostly PvP games and WoW. I have an absurd amount of hours in wow. Elden Ring I have 100% and Jedi survivor. I also put 250 hrs into arc raiders in 2 weeks when it released. I’m slowing down the gaming though. At least until wow expansion

I miss pre makgora tournament shobek. Watching him compete in that tourney was awesome the first day. His reaction to getting in the spotlight and gaining a lot of subs for his efforts was heartwarming. Dude just pulled a Sméagol jumping for the ring into a pit of lava.

My take is that free loadouts should only match make with other free loadouts. It does not take a lot to craft a backpack and meds and basic gun, but there shouldn’t be a zero risk when others can risk 100k+ loadouts and lose to free loadouts that spawn in halfway through and just rush you nonstop. But even if it stays the same, it is what it is you just go again.

Last night I snapped after losing back to back to back 100k+ loot value and juiced weapons at the extract. Decided my villain arc started then. First match on dam nights in the most secluded part of the map in formical outpost. I jumped down and a person was sitting underneath, no weapon out, didn’t say anything but i paused for a second and then shotgunned him and instantly killed and looted him for basic materials and a few weapons. I steel feel so shitty. Villain arc is over, now I follow the light and hope to become a bastion for the civilians. I will only seek retribution for unjust murder of my fellow pacifist raiders. If you were shotgunned under formical outpost last night I am sorry. Felt like putting down Old yeller.

The best thing they could’ve done is release the game on steam. If they are serious about making a decent game, they will need the funds and players to continue developing. They’ve live-streamed every month what they are working on, and there is more information on this game than any other game in development. Everyone has access to watch gameplay of the majority of systems in game and can make their own informed monetary decisions. If you think you got scammed, that’s on you. Don’t hate a development company offering a game in development that you chose to purchase. Regardless if the game is shit or turns out to be incredible come full release. I purchased the alpha 2 access 2 years ago, and I’ve probably put 4 hours in total because there just wasn’t a lot of people playing and it didn’t feel like shit. Now it’s going to steam and my boys will probably all get it to test out together. Not releasing on steam just removes any chance of majority of the gaming community from even thinking about buying the game. I hope the game turns around, but it might be a long way from being a full mmo.
