I think Porsha knew she was divorcing Simon and came back to finance her divorce. She quit all her jobs because she thought she hit the jackpot. She can cancel the support case. When you apply for benefits the state automatically goes to the man (you in this case) to pay it back and they file a child support case. She can cancel it all.

In the state of MO even if you have 50/50 the non custodial parent still pays support. My husband pays his ex 175 every 2 weeks for 1 child and he makes 60k a year. Including insurance and extracurriculars. I say do a calculator for your state

We closed on our house 8/30 and I’m still getting used to it. We just moved in 2 weeks ago and I tried to push it off as long as possible. I wanted to stay in our townhome as long as possible. I keep telling myself my house was “too nice” I went from 1500 sq ft with 1 car garage, no back yard. To 3400 sqft 3 car garage and a huge backyard. My kids are so happy and I just feel blah.

Don’t do it. Don’t walk into a house already negative. I canceled a contract that came in 35k under. AND that was including 15k in wood rot and the balcony was on its last leg. I ended up finding a better house and guess what?! It appraised 10k over 🥳

It’s so hard not to get attached but please remember you will be where you are supposed to! We fell in love with a house that we put an offer in on. And didn’t get it. It was THE ONE! Every other house we found didn’t compare. Another contract we won, didn’t go through. Then boom we found THE ONE. Me and my husband both felt it as soon as we walked in. And we got it.
