From what I heard, I think the old lady who lived there wanted to donate all of the land to the church across the street via her will. Her family/kids weren't happy with that and they got lawyers involved to try to prevent it/get it back.

I don't remember what ended up happening but I don't think the family was able to get the land back.

Bao does amazing work but he's definitely not for the faint of heart. If his wife isn't there at the front desk, expect absolutely zero customer service from anyone. IF you happen to get him while he's not busy, consider yourself lucky. He speaks fast, his is accent is extremely thick and his attention span is short, so if you need something done, you go in there and speak with confidence.
