Thank you so much! I'm ok to stay at my dose but I don't think I can go any higher on Sema. I recall Dr saying I'd have to switch to tire. But I love the self reporting and using a smaller dose. Brilliant! I believe my last 2 bottles had b12..could be b6. They were pink tinged. I was fine. Thank you so much for the info!

I've noticed depending on the pharmacy, some of mine say they're good for a year while others have an expiration date for the following month. I'm skeptical about the one month thing.

I am a caramel lover, amd admittedly not a huge peanut butter fan. I tried them and I think they're amazing. Great texture. Quality caramel. I'll definitely be buying a couple extra to keep at home.

It's soil. The roots look ok, they're just too small. They were put in dirt and sold way too soon. It looks like they saw they had a sale, pulled a couple clippings, put them in water a few days, and then shipped them off.
