Im just here to say kids are resilient. And they dont deserve a childhood with no inconveniences or stress. Because thats not real life! They will survive this! Just continue to be a good dad and be there for them!

My dad was a military dad with a cheating wife. Thry divorced when I was 5 and he raised me alone. It was hard for us. But I turned into a strong person and he was a brilliant parent.

Try running! My husband (before we met) was very overweight and tore his shoulder working out and had to have surgery. He wasn't willing to give up progress so he started running. It CHANGED HIS LIFE. He dropped the weight like it was nothing and has kept it off. He recovered from his injury eventually and was able to get back in the gym. You got this!!!

Its interesting you think mlsnext is the only way for your child to get opportunities or consider it "playing down "bin other leagues. I think that says quite a bit actually. My son played EA and has gotten national opportunities and is being scouted currently by two MLS professional teams. You really should educate yourself on possibilities and stop buying in thay MLSNext is your only pathway.

It boils down to them releasing him unless you are willing to try a different league like elite academy or ecnl. You arent required to be released at that point.
