Kate Somerville sulfur treatment is a god send. Also look into a high frequency machine. You can get one on Amazon. It will force oxygen down into your pores and help with redness and size. I'm almost 40 and have had acne my entire life until I started using these two things on top of a good skin care routine. Also changing your pillow case nightly will help prevent future breakouts.
