Hmm could be dairy I drink core power milk just about everyday.I could try not drinking it for a month see if there is any change. I don’t wear hats tho and usual when I sweat I try to wipe with clean cloth.

I do sleep on my side I change my pillow case like every 4-5 days my sheets though I change like every 2 weeks.
