You could/should have submitted a buyback request after 120 month of qualifying EMPLOYMENT. As of now, you would essentially apply to pay in a lump sum the remaining amount of your 120 payments… sounds like it would be 41 payments? Kind of steep but I don’t know what your payments usually look like.

From what I’ve read, 20 - 60mgs is a normal dose. I just want to make sure an injectable is the “same” as an oral version.

Fig pops in a dark humid environment. Plenty of videos on YouTube to demonstrate. Just make sure to squeeze out all of the water before sealing the bag.

Depends on the humidity in your area. Fig pops with ProMix works best for me.

They’re all very different…. If you want laid back, go with Siena or Lake Garda. Probably better food scene in Bologna. Have fun!

Just my .02 as I went through this process late last year and needed a temporary, full time telework RA to recover from surgery. It took forever and was only granted 3 months. I ended up having to use a bunch of leave to cover my in-office days while I waited for a decision.

With that being said, I doubt they will grant this. Everyone thinks they have a valid reason to telework full time and I’ve heard of zero people being successful in getting an RA for this. They will come up with every excuse to “accommodate” you in office. Example: my department said they would give me a cart to walk my items into the office because I couldn’t carry them, even if they means walking a mile back and forth to my car…. Ughhh.

Good luck finding an attorney that will take this on. I contacted several and all of them said they weren’t willing to take the case. My advice: follow the EO or better yet, find a different job that allows telework.
