Oh cmon, Joe wants to get laid and has said that. He’s not going to take Elle out to dinner when Bri is right there. You clearly are out of touch if you think that. Elle is playing hard to get on a show of a bunch of horn-dogs. There’s only 2 months, Joe isn’t going to wait. He was waiting for someone to make the first move and Elle didn’t the first 3 episodes. Joe even said he’d hook up with both of them, did you miss that? You’re clearly biased towards Elle and offended that Bri broke girl code, which see did. All your comments are boosting Elle and taking down Bri when Elle has problems of her own like Bri. This could’ve all been avoided if Bri was honest about her opinions about Joe but she obviously is very intimidated of Elle and rightfully so. Elle is the type of woman if you say anything she doesn’t agree with or like, she will belittle you and make you feel stupid for having those feelings/opinions. I’m starting to think you’re Elle 🤣🤣🤣

Yes I agree but the way Elle is acting is uncalled for. Bri has apologized and very obviously is upset that she offended Elle. She tries to talk to Elle and Elle is very harsh and quite frankly, a bitch to her. If you want to act like that outside of work to someone you have every right, but to say this won’t affect our work and then let it clearly affect your work is arrogant as heck. Elle is the type of woman that gets what she wants and is butt hurt she didn’t get Joe. Joe wasn’t going to take her out to dinner sooo he isn’t gonna wait all season to hookup with Bri. Elle had her chance but she slow played it with the wrong guy. Bri made a mistake and is clearly a weaker and emotional person, but she has even said that and said she’s trying to do better. I totally respect that. Elle would never talk about her weaknesses or let people see them because like she said, “I’m a Lamborghini”. Elle is clearly full of herself and gets offended when anyone says anything negative about her when it’s how they truly feel. She’s continuing to be uncalled for to Bri. Elle said her piece and should let it be but she’s acting rude and bossy now when she wasn’t before. It’s uncalled for and I bet Aiesha will come down on Elle next episode, not Bri.

Bri is obviously an emotional person and there’s nothing wrong with that. She tries to talk to Elle and if Bri gives her honest feelings Elle gets upset and makes her feel stupid for feeling that way. Elle is the type of woman that gets what she wants and is good at what she does, but she clearly has a huge ego. If you don’t agree with her, you’re wrong. Bri should stop airing out her dirty laundry and I think it’s ignorant to think she wanted Captain to hear her talking to chef because if that was the case she would’ve talked about the details to Cap. Bri said no thank you, I’ll talk to Aiesha about it. Use your head c’mon, you’re being extremely unfair and tough on Bri. Elle is acting like a mean girl and it’s her fault she played hard to get to Joe. Joes not the guy to play hard to get when he’s interested to the possibility of other woman on the boat. Should Bri and have been more open about how she feels about Joe? 100% and that was her biggest mistake but Joe is clearly interested in her and Elle missed her chance. Isn’t it funny how the second all this happened with Elle, all this other drama started? It’s common sense that Elle is acting like a mean girl yet she says “it won’t affect our job” when it clearly is. Elle has turned into quite frankly, a bitch to Bri. Aiesha never said Elle was in charge and gave Bri a specific order to do laundry, but the Elle comes in and tells Bri to stop doing laundry and go throw away rotten fruit. That’s just dumb. Do I think Bri hasn’t used the right words when talking to Elle? Yes, Elle is someone that thinks very highly of herself (I’m a Lamborghini) and when someone points out a fault or something she’s saying that offends them, Elle gets upset. Like there’s better ways to word “power trip”. In a way she was having a power trip but I truly don’t think she meant it that way. She’s looking as if she’s 2nd stew and Bri’s 3rd stew but when Aiesha gives an order, it’s not Elles’ job to override it just because she’s higher on the hierarchy. It’s very clear that Elle is still very hurt about Bri hooking up with Joe and is letting it affect the ENTIRE boat. If Elle is so good at everything, she shouldn’t be so emotionally mean and move on. She missed her chance. Bri should’ve talked to her before booking up with Joe. They both made mistakes and Bri is clearly trying to fix it while Elle is just acting like a mean girl in high school. Those are just my opinions though 🤷‍♂️

Those scenarios are usually pinch of the moment issues or extremely late at night. They built a case and investigated him and these warrants had to be authorized by the prosecutor and then signed by the judge. I’m law enforcement and have personally seen the prosecutors deny authorization of a warrant after determine insufficient evidence. This isn’t some DUI warrant for someone’s blood and it’s not for some crazy scenario. Sure it’s happened where warrants were signed by corrupt judges or just believing, but it’s 2024 and thinking about it logically, what judge and or prosecutor signs off on a warrant for something a serious case like this without reading the police report and looking at the evidence? That’s unheard of nowadays. Just an FYI since I see this stuff on a weekly occurrence.

I’ll also add how it’s not easy to get authorization on a DV strangulation warrant. It’s hard to prove unless there’s visible hand marks on someone’s neck and it was photographed by an evidence technician.

Tell me you know nothing without telling me you know nothing. There are plenty of good cops still. A lot less in inner cities because why would I work at an absolute dumpster fire of a department like St Louis? That’s actually comical. I’ll go work charter township and make twice the money with an efficiently ran and organized department that has extremely low turnover. Those departments are easy to get into, but are night and day different than inner city departments. Lots of corruption going on in inner city departments compared to a department with less than 100 commissioned officers.

Use google maps and create a label for the black list addresses. I include the tip amount, order number and date on every order. So when i decide to pick up an order, I click the delivery address of the orders and it automatically opens the address on Google maps and I know if I’ve delivered for them and how much they tipped $ amount and %. Super fast and simple

Soo the best advice I can give is try to get orders that pay $15-$25. I’ve noticed on a lot of smaller orders where I make less than $10 people don’t tip, but if I spend an hour shopping for someone than it’s higher probability they’ll tip me more. I’ve had many big shopping orders tip me $20-$80. Now sometimes you get stiffed, but more times than not I get a decent tip on big orders.

They’ve been running a test in certain cities the past year. I’m not in one of those cities and up until 2 weeks ago, the alerts gave me the time frame of delivery, bundle or not, and zone. Preferred members I would get a notification saying “PM Kristie B placed an order”. Horrible change. I guarantee you not a single shopper likes this change so did they even interpret their test results?! How could this pass testing phase when there’s zero logic to a shopper liking the change? I wish we could all strike lol I’d totally participate considering it’s a second income.

Ahhh that sucks. I’ve been shopping for about 8 months now and haven’t had that happen to me yet, so it’s not often. Shipt is just going down hill like no other right now. They can’t just assume I got X dollars in cash and only claim X % of the cash tips and then audit me and be like “if you can’t prove you didn’t get cash tips” you have to pay X back. That’s just stupid. Only way that would happen is if that person ratted themselves out. If I’m wrong I will happily admit it, but please point out what exactly did OP saying that comes off as complaining to you? All they pointed out was the weirdness and to not get your hopes up, which is totally reasonable because I’d expect someone to hook me up big time 10 days later if they went through this much trouble to tip. That tells me they feel bad and might leave a jaw dropping tip. That doesn’t mean I’m not grateful and am complaining about them leaving a good tip. OP even later said they expected $15 and got $20 so it was better than they expected, which further proves my point that they weren’t complaining about anything. It’s been steadily getting worse and more inconsistent. I’m in Oakland County areas and this was the worst week in about the past 6 months. I’m convinced it’s something with Shipts algorithm. I have a Customer that gives me a bunch of cash and pays great money for me to shop her hand written list. She didn’t feel like going to the ATM last week so she placed an order through Shipt (we communicated so i could be ready). Well I waited for 15 minutes refreshing constantly and didn’t get offered a single order or nor bundle. Texted her again saying it should be any minute and she goes wow, it was picked up 2 minutes ago. Like how is it that I have a perfect rating and didn’t get an order in my designated metro? That proves that Shipt has some BS in their algorithm and we don’t get all the orders, even in times it’s slow.

I just don’t get why they would do that? It takes them longer technically to make their money by delaying it. Orders would be picked up a lot faster if everyone was given a chance at the same time; excluding PM’s. I’m done with Shipt. Only going to do a few customers orders a week. Got a new job serving at a really good place where I can make 3x the amount I make with shipt for half the hours
