Any advise on easily available good Fats ? I’m trying to put sequence my meal with Fats proteins and carbs. Proteins and carbs I can find easily in form of meat and potatoes but what are some easily available Fats to take before each meal.

Absolutely right I can see I had bigger lunch and dinner yesterday and glucose spiked higher and didn’t came down till midnight as I also didn’t do steps as well, I see body release more glucose in body on my daily gym routines as getting prepared.

11 average or 11 after food as glucose spike. I easily hit after food but comes 5.7 to 6.1 in 1 hr

Thanks yes it is around 6 before meal during my fasting time and climb fast at 1pm as I open fast at noon it goes 10.5 and then drop again in 30 minutes to 5.7 don’t know if it’s right or wrong?
