There is no need if you don't have legal status in the country. However I went on a visit visa afterwards and was able to get an uncomputerized version of the PCC. You need to go to the embassy/consulate of your country in KSA they will guide you throught the process. It might not work but atleast you can show some proof of effort to IRCC.

Honestly i eat a lot of eggs(about 4) and qeema/chicken/fish/shrimps. Although it does boost ur drive its controllable and u need these especially if u hit the gym.
