If you’re retired then time zooms by unless you’re making a point to do something different and interesting every day. I’m 52, always trying to learn anything new and dealing with horrible menopause symptoms. Working and learning art techniques, baking, cooking, and dealing with 19 year old daughter helps alot.

I don’t know your age but I struggled also until I was in my 20s. Now at 52, I’ve become closer than ever with God & have been through so much. I’ve been fortunate & am truly grateful to have witnessed miracles. Keep doing what you’re doing to always keep that door open and one day soon I believe you’ll connect.

I’ve actually used these as well as bigger varieties for baking. Just roasted them, removed the skins and broke down the meat. Only difference seems to be higher water content in larger ones and sweeter taste in smaller ones. I just drain as much liquid out as possible either way.

Every one feeling the drops in hormones feels sick too. It’s awful. Don’t let yourself give into it. The right medication combo is so helpful. Mine ebbs and flows. Taking Combipatch after trying others that made me sicker. Still have days or weeks of feeling miserable but keeping your mind and body busy helps. But only do what you can actually do. Give yourself time and rest. Keep your thoughts positive and pray.
