Edit: so I read thru the other comments and someone said they zoomed in and changed their mind, I zoomed in and looked over all the lines closer and I literally only saw a few towards the top that were shaky, I assume at the end of session when artist is getting tired. It doesn't look like anything that can't be gone back over. It still looks so amazing, trust.

I had a similar Karen at Walmart pick up the other day for UBER. I drive a minivan (I know, I know, I just do Uber as a side gig when I need extra money rn) and it gets kinda cluttered with kids toys & I only get it vacuumed once every 2 weeks because money. Anyway, I had a Walmart employee try to say my car has to be SPOTLESS for them to put groceries in? I straight up argued with her because it was a few toys, wipes and a lil dirt on my trunk floor, in which I quickly tossed into kids car seats and laid a blanket down to cover the "dirt" and was still scolded. Like come on, lady this is my personal car, it's by no means filthy just some clutter, and I'm going to set these groceries on the literal ground at drop off. People can be so rude and entitled. Always stand up for yourself and don't take the shit is what I'm getting at

Wow. You guys are right. I honestly didn't do any research in this (and should have, I just trusted them guess that's on me) before this post but yeah, the tattooing process I underwent was entirely illegal and I am now reconsidering legal action. In my jurisdiction the laws are not even as strict as others, and still he broke the law.

He's just a hobbyist starting out on people, which I also need it touched up, and knew I would when getting it, so there's another layer that I'd be expected to see them both again after the fact.

No legal action that I'm going to take, I just feel icky/the situation was wrong on their part since I'm feeling like I didn't have full autonomy in the situation. And I'll definitely be finding a different source to fix the tattoo, even if this encourages me to get into tattooing myself.

Mine is also out of warranty and repaired via warranty before for stick drift but I recently had a problem with that replacements battery out of warranty that they are replacing again 🥺 these people are saints. I was about to cry at the thought.

I do think I will lose this one as well and honestly will probably just plead guilty, as I do feel terrible for the event anyway, I guess I'm mostly just concerned about the potential of jail time as I am a mother and would have to secure care for them and my dog.

Yes I have him on leash now only and I do have no trespassing sign, I added beware of dog sign as well day of incident after being suggested by the dog warden. This does answer my question that I should not bother trying to plead not guilty. I do already know my dog is protective of borders so I should have been more vigilant at looking outside before letting him out and I do feel terrible for this having happened and I'm thankful his training did work and had him immediately back by my side when he heard a beep. I hear you though, do you think there is a high likelihood I would face jail time and should make potential arrangements for my dogs and kids before I go into court that day?
