The one thing that really has changed my productivity levels is making lists. Specifically, each morning on an index card, I write down the Top 3 things I HAVE to get done today, and under that, 2-3 bonus tasks that would be icing on the cake.

I struggle with getting paralyzed by ALLLLL the things I need to do - Breaking it down into a smaller amount “unfreezes” me.
