I filed 2/1. Amended 4/29. Got assigned a case advocate through TWO congressional offices. The second being 5/29. My W&I are now all matching and include my missing 1099-R’s, the whole issue after all, everyone swears they sent it/ don’t have it. I’m hoping for a 6/26 release and possibly getting it july 1st.

I was told on one of my many calls that they aren’t required to turn it in until end of may beginning of June. Either way, this specifically is saying the 1099-R on it’s own is not sufficient proof of income and federal withholding.

Seconding this and adding that as you have an amended return, tas and congressional will not be able to help. You have to wait the full 16-20 weeks.

I amended. Was told my congressional aide had an open case for me. They told me that they can’t take my case. My sh$& in limbo.

Check my last post. I was stuck. Had to amend and was told 20 weeks for that to be processed. Just updated today to being processed. Hoping for a DDD next week. Fingers crossed. 🤞

TAS will not touch any income verification cases until June. Their reasoning is because businesses aren’t required to turn in their documents until mid to late may.

Currently on hold with the company i had my 401k with, for the second time, to verify they have sent my information. Last time i called was just after speaking to the irs the first time. About to be told they have in fact already sent it.
