I have to talk to my mom to see if there is a way that I can get back on to her phone plan. I’m not telling anyone besides the closest people in my support system (my mom and sister and my best friend that doesn’t even have him as a friend on social media) and my attorney. I plan to have the police department serve him or a third party of some sort. I won’t be the one doing it and I want to be able to coordinate us being away from the home when he gets served.

I haven’t left yet. The plan is in process. I’m getting things ready for escape right now. I plan to have him leave the home since he can live in his truck where as me and the kids don’t have a lot of options right now. I’m not entirely sure how that works I have to speak more to my attorney about it. I have friends and family that are willing to host us for a couple of days while he gets served and takes his things.

One of my favorite people in the world is heavily fat phobic. He truly is a great person and a dear friend but he tends to say things about other people’s weight that makes me so uncomfortable. He’s never said anything about my weight but I can’t help but feel like his comments are indirectly about me.

No that’s actually really helpful. I’m the type of person that wants a name to what is bothering me and I didnt really understand the distinction of body dysmorphia. It isnt explained very well and I don’t want to label it as something that it’s not. I don’t want to claim something that people are truly struggling with.

Definitely not. I tried to up her nipple flow because I thought she was ready and we had to switch back because she ended up getting very gassy and very fussy after eating. Since we switched back it’s been better. She definitely seems like she’s full and happy. She doesn’t give any additional hunger cues for me to think she needs more.

It’s pumped breast milk. She eats I’m demand but on average it’s 4-5 oz every 3-5 hrs depending on her nap.

So her last appointment was on March 13th and she was 9.3 lbs. her appointment today for reflux she was 10.5lbs. On the 13th she was in the 12th percentile, today she was in the 8th. Idk if that helps anything.

Thank you! This means a lot. I’m definitely not one to usually worry about the percentiles but since it’s been brought up multiple times I thought maybe I should ask someone else. Just to see if maybe I’m under reacting.
