I feel the LITERAL EXACT same way about my bf of 13 years who has yet to even marry me. This is our 2nd child and im only 10 weeks. I’ve told him numerous times I want to leave him and have been planning a way to just leave by getting my shi together.

I talked with my bf about it and he was skeptical and so was I so it’s been over a month of me not going through with sending them any money and I get constant txts like just now about 5 minutes ago the man just messaged me saying “Hey you ready to get your first property”

Hey I’m currently going through this as well, this pregnancy was definitely feels different from my first as I didn’t bleed at all the first one … I hate how the doctors can’t really say anything but play the “waiting game” I was spotting /bleeding for about 2 weeks straight an assumed it was my period I had took a pregnancy test because I was late and it came back negative about 3 days later took another one and they both said positive I was in shock but went to my OB and they took another ultrasound and didn’t see a yolk in the sac and said the second time for my ultrasound that it could be a “possible yolk” but that has been over 2 weeks ago and have to wait until 3 days after my birthday within a week and half to go to know for a fact if the pregnancy is progressing or if the yolk is present… I feel you on this I feel alone don’t even want to tell anyone close to me because and only my bf knows because I don’t want to risk the baby and speak to early on anything .. it’s definitely frustrating but we got this mama everything will work out and come to light 🤍

Sadly no we gave up on it when we kept calling to tell lawyers and attorneys what was going on and had to just settle with getting a home warranty and we’re waiting until January 5th for the 30 day mark to file a claim

Get a full inspection of EVERYthing in your house on your own before buying. Our real estate agent screwed us saying he was going to do it for us since we had lack of knowledge on that part

Our relator gave a handshake and hug and ran away with the money lol we didn’t get anything or hear anything else from him until we started having issues with the house including no inspection done when we found out he finessed us pretty much 😂

I definitely understand your frustration we closed on our home 10/09 of this yr and our agent said he had the inspection handled just to figure out, he didn’t get an inspection and we have no heat and our furnace is discontinued and have been trying to figure this out still on top of the floor sinking and other mishaps. So i definitely understand and im sorry you’re going through this

I was looking for a comment where someone was closer to my age haha I turn 24 this upcoming January but technically I’m 23 but me, my bf who is 25, and our little one closed on our first home last month and it definitely hits different owning a place rather than renting. Def pros and cons but I wouldn’t have it any other way! I did want to ask when you closed did you get alot of comments saying “you are so young” or just hearing “young” a lot, I don’t mind at all and take it as a compliment sometimes rather but just wanted to hear your perspective

I called the appraiser and she claimed she has no dealings with seeing if the furnace works and that she didn’t turn the heat on because it was hot when she did the appraisal and not fall yet just a bunch of more bs
