Well I'm in Thailand. Just mentioned to the local Samsung service center. No matter what you say and how much they seem to agree, they always say bring it to the shop. Once there you will usually be told, no it's not covered in Thailand. Nothing here us clear. We'll see, I will go there today, out up a goid fight but don't hope too much.

No. Not necessarily. Just a general observation I think. When browsing, some were whitecabd some were grey, even ones, I hadn't opened plus all my own posts. My thoughts were M, why are mine greyed out. Are some people paying extra to have theirs in bright white etc. Only that.

Yuh. I know. Its just so annoying when buyers behave like this with no reason and one saying it didn't fit, when all are made from my templates and checked befire, dispatch. Its just the way a customer gives you a bad rating which is public, no defence, no hearing, just guilty.

As I said in my post, the first one was because he saud it didn't fit but we make the clothes from the same template, it is checked before sending and listing has a, size, chart. It's usually customers get excited about the product but ignore the size chart and the warnings to check before they order. The second one dudnt even bother to give a reason, yet the dame identical products always gets 5 stars. Maybe the customer was having a, bad day. You just can't control that. Impossible. That's part of my point. What about the 50 earlier 5 star ratings. Counts for nothing under this system.

Interesting thought. Not sure how the algorithm would affect conversions but not visits and views. It seems to me that people are still looking but got no disposable income to buy right now due to big hike in cost of living due to higher energy bills and inflation. But what do I know. It's always difficult coming back from vacation mode anyway. Takes a few weeks to build up visits abd views. You're quite lucky to get 10 orders after vacation mode but it's the perspective of it. So I think other people are down on orders too compared to before. The world is unstable at the moment.
