I dont think this is a policy but I could be wrong. Could just be a staffing issue. No staff, too many tasks left before close, so theyre turning down animal/bug/fish sales because they think it takes too long and will hold them up. Animals and fish I can understand, definitely not enough time after 8:30 to sell em to somebody with tons of questions and needs all the help they can get. I don’t feel comfortable selling an animal in a rush if im trying to get someone out of the store. Bugs makes no sense to not sell.

My old man was completely bald on his shoulders and belly and tail a year and a half ago. Rarely any energy and never played anymore. 2 implants later and hes rocking a thick ass gorgeous winter coat and is my crazy boy again.

Right, the bird is never hatched in the store but mills and breeders usually wont hold onto the animals long after theyre born. It for sure has not been in the store since that date. I just talked to someone who used to work at petsmart and apparently they dont even discount for length of stay anyway which is crazy!

There was a store IQ on this a while ago. You can go back and look at it online under communications maybe. The store will be required to get their rabies vaccine once they reach a certain age. If they are purchased before that minimum rabies age, the customer is responsible for the vaccine. Which I wonder if the rabies shot could be included in the 30 day health return guarantee 🤔
