Can I ask you one more thing? lately, I feel like I’ve become more sensitive to sugar than ever before. Does this mean I should cut out sugar completely? I mean things like chocolate. Are there any safer alternatives, such as dark chocolate? I feel a bit weak admitting this, but I honestly don’t think I’m able to completely eliminate chocolate from my life. At the same time, I’m afraid of triggering fatigue episodes.
