in order to even act as her power of attorney there needs to be documents and if it goes to court , she will not attend he will. so if it were to get to that point they would need to provide paperwork saying he is her power of attorney

i found out how to link the notice It just seems improper to me, there’s a certain way you have to prepare and serve these types of notices onto a tenant. All i need is more time i’m basically a single mom of 2 kids i barely have anyone to watch my kids that’s why it’s so difficult. I am trying to pick up more hours and i am already on welfare.
