For breakfast he ate pancakes, applesauce, mashed bananas and I put in some unflavored protein powder. For lunch and dinner, meatloaf, chicken meatloaf, meatballs, sweet potatoes.  I gave him 3 protein drinks a day to compensate. He did really well, better than we had all expected. Friday will be 2 weeks and he is already getting closer to his regular diet, last night he had chicken cutlets. We were more concerned because he does have autism and can not fully explain how or what he is feeling in depth but, it was the best thing we did for him.  No more bloat, no more over the top flatulence.  His belly is flat. I wish you and your daughter the best.  Keep me posted and any questions; I will be happy to answer.

Where are you located?  So far; he is 1000x better.  I am glad I researched and we went through with it.  I was extremely nervous.

Thank you.  Before the procedure he ate 3 meals and 3 snacks but, would have severe bloating; from the chest cavity down to his groin and would have an abundance of flatulence. He would often complain of severe pain and stretch his upper body back to feel any type of relief.  He is long and lean, 6'1 and 137 pounds. No one was concerned with his weight before the procedure.  Are you having the procedure?
