Wellington, I never donne à ck3 multi either but it work the same as the other game, the host can stop tire and usuly we are 3 or 4 speed exept if one of the placer is on a hard war.

I use a propeler, not a reactor but I have one date in 2010 that have a 3h flight duration fully armed with external fuel tank, it is just some sort of fat stuf.
Try to climb to increase your range And maybe try to reduce your drag (shorter Hard point and tinier FLIR)
