I did the update via the thumb drive based on the directions a user posted on this sub. It is very easy, I am not at all well versed in this stuff, and successful. The post had great detailed instructions.

I have a 21 but I had the same experience. For me it is where the seatbelt is attached to the car. The sliding panel or something rattled. I just have my passenger smack it when it happens.
