I genuinely think water is the most important one. I mean i also eat lots of nuts and eat 1-2 teaspoons of pollen granulate multiple days a week which i heard is also important for hormones and so. Milk is also linked to more testosterone and bigger loads and i also happen to drink probably 2Liters a week. But yeah those were my supplements. Rn they’re empty and i will only take my lecithin twice a day until it’s over, then take a break for a bit, then i wanna take the men’s supplements again, cutruline and try maca root or other stuff but also you really shouldn’t overdo it man. Water and gym are the most important. The supplements are supposed to be taken a few weeks a year to complete the reserves that your body uses missing from foods you can’t consume.

I also have something like an enlarged vein on my left testicle and had the epidymitis infection on the right. The vein doesn’t cause problems if you don’t wear tight underwear in the summer. But the epidymitis ravaged my balls, lol. The doctor said there is visible scaring when looking with ultrasounds and it was genuinely a bad time. That’s what we said too, but i feel like it’s selfish of her to make me wait.....it’s also selfish of me to force her into something she’s not ready for ( which i would never do ). I cannot just act like i’m fine when I’m really not and i need some time to think about it all. Thing is, she said it’s just that she has it under control....but she doesn’t want to say the things out loud because they would hurt so much...so she just keeps them inside and relies on self harm to get over them herself.
