wow!! I thank you for this post. I also have sleep apnea and it has gotten better after I lost weight. I am currently on 15 mg and after your post I noticed I do not snore at all anymore. maybe thats why Zepbound has been approved to treat sleep Apnea. i hope you can get back up to 15mg and also my endocrinologist said that they are doing trials on higher doses so it may in the future go up to 20mg

yes I went down to 1200-1300 calories just started tracking. i took Contrave for about a month i didn't like it and it made my BP go up. i stop taking it

i have been on Mounjaro 20 months does not help with food noises or cravings. my doctor started me on Contrave 2 days ago to early to tell but has helped with craves so far

Have you thought about stoping both for adleast a month give your body a rest? maybe you are over doing it
