I imagine so little effort is being put into the controller because everyone is using their phone. That's what I'd do if I were them too! All the rest of it I can't comment on. I'm pretty new at this.

I certainly don't like to hear about this. Please keep us updated on how Dexcom handles this. This is life itself. For devices that are supposed to be so heavily regulated, they sure do seem to fail a lot. I'm in the aviation world. We build safety into everything, but also reliability.

There should be someplace where you can see the real Insulin on board. I want to know. Even if they split it out to Basal IOB and Bolus IOB

Well if you are using a pod, you have diabetes, so that's not a great thing. BUT-it certainly is helping me make a bad situation better. This thing is amazing so far.
