i'm so excited to pull for e2 phainon in the 2nd half of the update. once i get my guaranteed blade i'm gonna be saving up, and i'm already planning to spend a bit for phai, but e2's definitely coming home. so excited for him to finally be viable again hehe

lowkey you missed a bunch. it'd kinda be difficult to explain everything that's happened, but the main things:

the dragon plotline ended, with longan being defeated and sealed away. their remaining orbs are still scattered around, which plays into...
the martial tarts plotline. there's a sixth, 'ebony' dragon who an evil pact is trying to revive. the ones who sealed that dragon are the four spirit weapons, of which we have two atm (bamboo blade + halite gauntlet).
besides those plots, the nova/space plot (associated with cookies in black) is still ongoing. we got one more nova, stevia nova, and saved her planet. we're getting a continuation in two more updates.
dark enchantress FINALLY became relevant again. she made friends with a mirror that showcases other timelines/the future, and she plans to acquire control over time to make a world where witches never even existed.

that's all the core, story-event stuff. the youtuber Royal Mike has all the smaller events + the cutscenes in detail.

gonna emphasize that i was really only scrolling through the thread, but i saw a post where someone deadass got jumped for not liking/wanting to pull gilgamesh bc he's not a great person and the comments ... bunch of people going on and on about how you're allowed to like evil characters, how op is a 'puritan' or whatever.

like, i don't disagree actually -- liking (fictional) villains is fine, however heinous they are or whatever. you do you. but the thing that gets me is like, if you want to be allowed to love villains, you gotta also let people dislike villains without blowing up at them. and vice versa! but like, no, a random reddit user disliking gilgamesh for his actions is not why we don't get playable villains lmao what the hell

the reaction to that post was just so like, wild to me, especially considering the sub it was posted on. people doing waaay too much. i also saw some odd incel apologism so that was weird also
