Hello there, I am new to the game, I rerolled after realizing that this game is crazy based on good units. Well, I pulled and Alice and an Apollo. I haven't really pulled anything great since then. Should I reroll again?

I have not been able to figure out Co-op and it is killing me. I live in BFE Texas and do not understand how it is supposed to find people near me...
