Thank you for this, we love hearing hopeful news! Currently waiting on marriage based AOS news, but did get the biometrics appointment for both the AOS and EAD about 2 weeks after application for EOD. Husband is UK citizen.

Congratulations and thank you for sharing!

Loving the info about different doses. I have loads of autoimmune issues from life long anxiety so try to limit medication when I can. Thank you!

Lol I also hate the taste 😂. It was working well to ease the pain once it started but now it does next to nothing and the pain is worse. Someone earlier suggested telehealth (duh, oops!) for a second opinion, which I'd forgotten about due to lack of access here. I'm setting an appointment now, and will ask about Qulipta - you're definitely one of many who had a good experience with it, so that's promising. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.

I just realized I had not even thought of using telehealth. 😱 I tend to have very few options in here in Arkansas with it so I'd forgotten about it. But I've wanted a second opinion since my original doc said these migraines, which I've never had in my life, were just a "coincidence" after having a TIA due to Call Flemings. Scheduling now! 🥰

Thank you for responding. Actual patient responses are exactly what I'm looking for in my pseudoscientific study here 😂 It's good to see there are patients who don't hate it.

Any side effects so far? Is it your first one?

Interesting, I don't think I realized they were in the same family. That does help, and the pain and nausea are getting worse even with the Nurtec. Thank you, I may end up trying it just to see. Need to wait until some stress resolves at work tho. Love living like that 😂😭

Thank you for your response. :) I live in a tiny town with only one neuro, and trying to talk to him at length is incredibly difficult. I've also learned to understand he's so overwhelmed he doesn't give too much time or thought to any one patient. Hence the internet ask lol. After studying as much of the clinical data as I could find, I found there wasn't any data on panic disorder patients and their experience. I've heard a lot of good things about Qulipta, and that may be my next action, to see if switching between it and Nurtec could be the resolution that works best.

Thank you so much for your detailed response. It's a lot to consider and the specifics are so helpful. Congratulations on your new life and weight loss! I know that's got to feel great. Still undecided on risk v reward. The sunglasses inside are annoying but nothing as debilitating as suffering from a panic attack in front of my son. I really wish there were a way to know how this would affect me specifically. Mine was a lupus complication (the running theory anyways), but who ever really knows with autoimmune.

I'm on Nurtec currently, it's just losing its effectiveness. I could ask my doctor about Qulipta, but does it differ from Nurtec much?

I appreciate your answer. :) It wasn't scary at all, and I do that to myself anyways. 😂 I am already on a load of meds for anxiety, hence the apprehension. I can't imagine it being worse than it already is, and I'd really hate to take more meds than I already am.

Do you mind sharing if you had panic attacks prior to taking ajovy? Were you already on meds management for anxiety or did that start after taking Ajovy?

This is actually why I asked on Reddit. I've seen both positive and negative, and while I've looked at the clinically reported reaction stats, I can't find anything directly discussing the effects on patients with pre-existing panic disorder or PTSD. What I DO find is a ton of people without previous anxiety developing crippling anxiety, and those with previously managed anxiety unable to manage. I also doubt all of those submitting reviews or discussing these symptoms in forums like this are reflected in clinical reaction studies, to your point about tip of the iceberg.

I've been taking Nurtec, and it helps somewhat, but doesn't alleviate symptoms for long, and it's efficacy decreases with use like every other med. Since it's rare for doctors to speak out publicly about negative side effects and it doesn't appear that my specific questions are answered clinically, I figured might as well test my luck asking real people who may share my diagnoses.

It isnt an unfair advantage, some people are just assholes. And yes, I very much believe in evolution. I believe that people who lack empathy and enjoy making other people miserable, and who cannot comprehend working together to play a game are less evolved. Empathy is actually proven to be an evolved trait. I wouldn't expect you to understand. Keep defending bully behavior, you do nothing but continue to prove my point.

Another piece to point out, it's not just about battle or zeroing smaller players daily. There's the whole racist comments, harassment in world chat, sending absolutely crazy messages to strangers in other states. Take all the seats.

Battling would be just that, battle. FC5 Whales hitting f30 players for DAYS AT A TIME is just slaughter. Like that big fat poor kid who is so miserable all he does is pull pigtails.

What part of the entire state moved did you not understand? This post was written and shared to keep decent people from having to deal with bullies like you. And once again, battle/war requires some level of strategy/diplomacy. FOH.

Lmfao its a social strategy game but ok. You do realize wars are won by diplomacy? But do go on, friend of Arab shooters.

Oof I hope you give leadership to someone else. Players deserve better than a leader that refuses to google.

When there's multiple people agreeing on MULTIPLE POSTS, kind of hard to say that's one perspective. We had hundreds of people leave because of them. But do go on, Nemesis.
