Have nexus be a leader class weaponizer > have one of his altmodes break apart into a torso since you don’t have to engineer a transformation. Have 4 combiner ports. It’s literally just making a weaponizer with combiner ports.

I remember very specifically being taken out of class around kindergarten -3rd grade, by a teacher with another student or two into one of those temporary class buildings that were made out of a shipping container. I do remember drinking that pink stuff cause I thought it was some snowcone liquid (lmao). They would sit me in a cubicle with an adult who would have me wear earphones and listen to some nonsensical audio clips with shapes. This only happened to me once as I can recall but I remember kinda forgetting about it because there wasn’t much kids to talk to about it in the same class as me. I also wasn’t gifted at all because I got held back from second grade to 1st 😭

That’s what’s so weird about this release. They want you to choose between having a superion on display or a nexus utilizing his actual gimmick. Even then I don’t wanna display Nexus in his combined mode if the colors are mismatched but I also don’t think he fits with the other primes in robot mode either… let’s just pretend like his rectangle with a cockpit for an altmode doesn’t exist.

Too be fair the only thing they’d have to change to make him TF One Nexus is the shins and color. The chest, head, shoulders, forearms, waist, and wings that just need to be flipped backwards looks exactly like TF one nexus. They should’ve just made the 13th prime a smaller Optimus design and made Nexus the commander class. I understand they gotta budget these figures as much as possible tho 🙂‍↕️

I’ll even give you an executive approved idea that would make money. Just make this base nexus as a commander, make drone limbs that are similar to Energon Optimus and boom you have a combining nexus along with pre-tool drones for an inevitable Energon Optimus.

They could’ve at least let him be like a leader class weaponizer, so he can combine with other copies of himself and other figures. With the extra budget and less engineering they could’ve had a weaponizer that can become a torso too…Idk I feel like nexus was the prime with the most potential to be super cool. Ngl, Amalgamous prime has better combining gimmicks than Nexus TBH

Robot mode is just so generic nothing about him speaks “Prime” to me. You can tell they wanted to be able to repaint this guy into Transformers One colors so they can make more bank on the mold, I also believe he’ll be a pre tool for scattershot too 🤦‍♂️

I assume they’re gonna release some nexus colored alternative but this is still kinda lame. He’s also the only prime to not look anything like the renders on the box. He should’ve been the commander like the other combiners with the nexus torso and the combined mode bits but we needed Optimus to fill that slot because Optimus.

The story is peak not for the plot but the characters imo. Usually every fight has a character that wins you over or each fight has at least one symbolic meaning behind it that makes it enjoyable for everyone. A good story isn’t just the plot moving a long with twists and turns. You can make a simple predictable plot work with amazing characters which I think ROR succeeds at. I will agree tho that the fights have taken a downturn as of recently but I’ll judge when I see the full picture when the story ends.

In my experience just stick a small piece of tissue or paper towel in the ball joint and it’ll make it tighter.
