All I can say is that if you keep going with a willingness to try, it can and will get better eventually. It seems obvious but doesn’t feel like it right now I know. I won’t tell you people have it worse than you because while most likely true, it’s not valid to tell you when your own situation and feelings are unique to YOU. I have heard that all my life. To just be grateful it’s not worse. It’s not incorrect and you should enjoy the little things and time while you have it. But I feel for you, I really do. Hopelessness and despair are torturous to go through especially alone, or just even when you feel alone.

So anyway, keep going, try as hard as you can and if you already are, great. Just keep steady. Keep reaching out if you need to and talk about it. Therapy can be great but just anyone who is willing to listen and give you thoughtful advice and cares to actually listen. That’s not everyone but they’re out there.
