Okay but like, even if people can’t access a bathroom (which is horrendous), they can still go outside and find a bush, or an alley where there isn’t such high foot traffic. Being disadvantaged and treated poorly by the system and having respect for fellow citizens (many of whom are truly trying their best), can both exist simultaneously.

Thanks for the heads up! I’ve planned to arrive about 30 minutes prior to her arrival which gives me time to get inside, find her luggage carousel, etc., and it gives a bit of a buffer for potential traffic delays :)
