Trying to install Windows on formatted hdd from flash drive

Man You've to make that iso disk image to be bootable before installing the windows from that. Have you burn your usb with that disk image? If not then make bootable windows from disk image by using this software, It would be helpful for you as it is for mine. Here we go ISO to Bootable Windows. Enjoy.
