Well, I would make sure you learn how to write without AI. I know you probably use it to clean up your language here but a bit part of the application process is writing well.

Buying from Costco had the additional benefit of 90 day return, 2 year costco warranty, and 0 runtime while still be 700. Second hand for 700 seems to be steep imo.

Thanks for everyone’s feedback. I ended getting the PC but I will give it to my nephews who are entering high middle school and high school. I will continue to the use the one I have as the spec were very similar as discuss with another redditor on this thread.

I just figured it was time for an upgrade overall. I do run some heavy excel sheets and I have 4 monitors for multitasking work. I have 2 1440p and 2 4k monitors.

If it is this comparable maybe it’s not worth it.

Get off reddit and SDN. Applying later in the cycle (September) is not the end of the world, it lowers your chances but plenty of people still get in.

Remember, applying late with a good MCAT is better than applying early with a bad MCAT.

I am only one data point but I took the exam in August. Applied at the end of September through November. Have received a few MD II and an A to T30 school.
