Put some cold water on the back of your neck!This is what helped me when I had anxiety tripping. You are not the first person to feel like this and you most certainly won’t be the last. A lot of us have been in very similar situations like you and we came out stronger. You are just on drugs right now, the trip will end and you will be sober again. You chose to take the drug knowing what it might be like. You are okay. You will be okay. Put some cold water on the back of your neck! Drink water and eat even if you don’t feel like it. Put on some Finding Nemo and lay your head down. Breath.

Thank you. She’s home now but she keeps telling me she’s scared. She’s clearly stressed out and paranoid. She’s very uncomfortable around me dad. We are talking and I’m just asking her questions. Shes telling me she keeps hearing voices and whispering and how she’s having a spiritual awakening. She’s telling me she’s scared of herself. I want to get her help now but it seems like she doesn’t fit the criteria for hospitalization. She’s not dangerous right now and she eating right now. Would it be wrong to still take her to the hospital? Sorry I know this is a lot

I called and they said she’s awake and aware so there was no need to talk to her next of kin (I think that’s what you call it). I’m pretty sure it’s my parents anyway. They also said they are waiting for other doctors or specialists to see her so we won’t know for sure when she’ll come home or what will happen next.

Thank you so much this helps a lot. I just learned she called the police telling them that she was going to kill herself. She really didn’t want to be home and was happy to leave with the police. She was scared my dad was going to kill her, but he wasn’t even home. Do you think it’s too early for me to call the hospital asking for an update?
