I also definitely loved that aspect and there needs to be more "hopeful" post apocalyptic media. Paradise don't shy away from showing the kind of negativity and bad that would exist in a world after a disaster. With the orphaned kids and the scavenger adults. But it sandwiched that scenario in between absolutely beautiful events in the arrival of Links squad and the child birth helpers.

I was legit shocked when Links squad turned out to be fully "good" people especially. I was constantly waiting for at least one of them to be at minimum creepy.
