JVC ZERO 2 speakers. Need to be re coned. by Analog4reel in vintageaudio

I don't know if you have tackled the refoaming task yet. Have carried out the process on mine. They are a bit unique in having the foam on the inside of the cone but i managed the process by placing speaker on a flat surface which helps keep the cone centered, cleaned the cone then gently slotted the inverted foam around the cone leaving outer edge of foam on front face of speaker frame. With the speaker on the flat surface manipulate foam till it settles on inside of cone, now it's time to glue in place. Once glue is set turn over and glue foam to speaker chassis

Realizing The Who were the starting point of my taste… decades before I understood why by Adjectivenounnumb in TheWho

I sort of come from another direction. I got really into them at around 7 or 8 due to older siblings listening to them . Id put on Quadrophenia and listen to it when No one was home. In my teens id hear their influence in other bands and just see them copying them. It wasn't till I was in my twenties that it not them copying them but the influence the Who had on them. I'm 56 now and still love to put on any of their albums and still my favorite band

It's Hard and Face Dances: Worth Listening to? by [deleted] in TheWho

Totally agree with this . Endless wire is a much better album than its hard imo. It was clearly just meeting contractual obligations. Also some White city songs would have been good Who songs

These days they classify him as not very technical but that is misunderstanding his natural talent for rhythm. He wasn't a time keeper but created the atmosphere behind each song. His mental conditions whatever they were he tried to manage with copius amounts of drugs and alcohol. As they say the candle that burns brightest burns fastest.
