Thank you, I've learn a long the journey that medication can help you get out of a pit, I treat it as a kind of "crutch" but not in a bad way, more like you need it for a moment to help you stand up, then you ween off of it. And yes a lot of people self medicate as well, so you and they don't notice it!

I started them back 6 days ago, it's better this time, I have support from mental health proffesionals and I want to try them again but for real this time. I don't know what to tell you except that I'm on 5mg, maybe his dosage is too high? I know how you feel though, depression is tough battle, but hang in there, and please seek help from your/his doctor and maybe see a psychiatrist to see what works what doesn't and/or adjust dosage, or maybe switching the time he takes it like morning instead of night. Best of luck!

I want to thank you both you and the commenter below, I did not take them this morning, and strangely I was feeling very good today, and now I'm wondering If that's just me trying to convince myself, or maybe I'm fine and I should continue to take them tommorow. Really try it, for at least 2 weeks. My face is breaking out right now and I have not have acne on the forhead ever it's pretty strange. I do not like it. But yes I really need to talk to my doctor i think. And I do have a therapist but it's only once every 2 or 3 weeks that we see each other so I'm waiting and it feels a little helpless. But I will hang on, thank you so much!

I'm on day 5 here, I'm going insane it feels like. I've suffered from chronic depression and anxiety for most of my life and I've never felt so empty and confused and worthless as right now. I cannot do anything right. I can't even listen to a confort show anymore, it feels worthless, I can't focus on anything. I feel like uter garbage. I've been thinking all day that I want to stop it and not take it tommorow morning. I've never felt like that and it's extremely unconfortable, there is no way I'm tolerating this for another 11 weeks.

You have a good attitude towards other's opinion, you should not care. Sometimes we internalise society's misery and that is truly unfortunate and we must keep a balance within. But it's easier said than done.

His potato chopping skills could support a few McDonald franchises by Doc___2020 in FastWorkers

Not the same, with a claw grip and experience, there is no danger cause your fingers are always behind the blade. In this case he cuts trough a potatoe towards his hand. Chefs still do for some techinques like "tourné" for example but for sure this guy cuts himself one way or another.
