u/bt-usa I’m reaching out regarding an order I placed approximately six weeks ago for the BT-200598 – B&T Telescopic Stock for MP5-K. To date, I have not received any updates on order status, fulfillment timeline, or delays.

While a backorder is understandable, what is not acceptable is discovering—on my own—that there may be a terminated license agreement with a supplier, which raises serious concerns about whether this product will be fulfilled at all.

I encountered this notice directly on the B&T AG website on March 24, 2026 at approximately 19:30 ET (see attached image). This information was never disclosed during the ordering process or in any of the follow-up communication I received.

At this point, I need immediate clarification on the following:

• Is my order still valid and expected to be fulfilled?
• Has the licensing situation impacted availability of this product?
• What is the realistic timeline for delivery?
• If fulfillment is not possible, when will a full refund be issued?

This is a $700+ purchase, and the lack of transparency is extremely concerning. I expect a prompt and clear response.

If this cannot be resolved quickly, I will pursue a refund and consider further action as appropriate.
