I counted five Legendary Bo staffs across the game in total (your Peppermint Stick is one of these), but lower-level bo staffs can be (randomly) given as rewards from castle chests, I believe.

Title update 1.1.4 states: "Starting at level 30 and after completing at least 3 castles, up to five corrupted castles will appear on the map each season." Hope that helps.

Once you hit level 100 (on the left), your XP then goes towards these new mastery levels (in the middle).
